Some have installed a tiny o-ring over the pin part of the contact screw in the threaded part of the atomizer to seal it. Others use the o-ring to space out the screw to make contact with atties that read "no atomizer" when the fire button is pressed. My kayfun 4's don't like my iStick 20W. I have to extend the contact to use it with the K4's. I get no leaks.

Stop the leaks at the source and the floating pin ceases to be an issue.

If a 510 fitting is spring-loaded, it can not be sealed, correct? It will leak?

Is there a way that I could seal it? I fried my Hana clone because it had an adjustable 510 screw and liquid must have seeped into it.

spring loaded is one thing.
adjustable centerpin is another.

most common mech mods have adjustable centerpin ;
examples are nemesis, chiyou, king,... there's a screwinascrew in the topcap.

the spring loaded ones are more convienient at first, but I expect with the flexibility and movement there will be several problems in the long term: leaking as you mention, and electrical contact issues.

then there are also 'floating' pin designs example the stingray and the astro; in this case it's like the spring loaded but without the spring; the pin is just loose; in the case of my stingray it's a absolutely loose kind of loose and I expect it's a leak issue, and with my astro it's a tight kind of loose (till it loosens from wear/tear I expect) and depends on the mod threads/telescopic threading to account for small differences in length.,
