Sanding and Buffing will make a CV look Better. And the CV looks similar as is.

But they are really Two Different mods.

My point exactly. CV didn't clone the CC. Whatever they did with the pics before release was wrong, but they didn't clone the CC. They didn't even attempt to clone the CC. They obviously could've....rather easily , but they didn't. They made a nice affordable aluminum squonker. Hats off to them for that....for the money, it's a steal.
The cc is a flawless, handcrafted piece of art. It's made for people who have an appreciation for very high end pieces and are willing to spend the money for one. The CV is made for people who want an aluminum squonker that works great but they don't want to miss a car payment for one.
I get it, "we're all vapers"....but what does that have to do with anything?

Saying "They're not made for the same group of vapers." smack of elitism, and drives a wedge into community. That's all... not trying to start an argument...

Shawn, it is not elitist to want the best. I am no rich man, but when I buy something I try & get the best I can afford. That way I only have to buy it once. I have a Stainless Steel CC, & it goes with me everywhere. It has been dropped on concrete, tile (which it broke) and in the mud. Thing is it just keeps working like the day I bought it. If I had gotten a cheaper mod to carry around I who'll have had to replace it several times & spent more than I have on the CC. Asbestos didn't mean to hurt your feelings by his comment. Truth is the CC & the Pinches (& previous versions) are simply the best there is for squonkers. I started with a dripbox & when I learned that I liked squonking I saved my cigar money until I could get a reo. Then I saved for the sscc because I knew it would be a tough mod. Turns out it hits better than the reo too. Being a guy that loves to work with beautiful wood I fell in love with the pinches so I saved for one of those. I just like things to work the way they are supposed to.

It isn't "elitism" if the majority of cheap Chinese device owners won't buy a device because of price point as quite a few have that defend their purchase of said cheap Chinese devices!! Therefore it would seem that a CC, Pdib, or Big Apple mod would be for a different group of vapers as was mentioned!!

They're made for vapers. Period. If a vaper chooses not to buy, that's on them. But they're not made for a soecific group or class.

And now, porn...

please dude...there was no mention of elitism. Why are there sub ohmers and tootie puffers? I mean, we're all just vapers, right? I'm far from an elitist...I have CC's, REO's, Orcas, Frankenskull clones, Boxer clones, Narda clones...If I ever get to a point where I try to establish my place in the world with my mods...shoot me.
CC's and CV's ARE designed for 2 different groups of vapers....just like Corvettes and Kenworths are designed for 2 different types of drivers. Not sure about anyone else, but you don't have to have your guard up with my posts...I like all the stuff that works.

How's the vape on that??
Frickin' incredible! It could use a bit more wattage than the wraith will deliver, but it's what I gots at the moment. The squonk action is VERY smooth, and it's rather easy to oversquonk. I've learned that a gentle squeeze followed by a 10 count give that massive wad of wick enough time to properly saturate. That, and the really tight tolerances are my only complaints. The flavor is good, the build is easy, the wicking - once you realize it takes A LOT of wick - is easy. Awesome RDA.

Maybe before you go around Talking Smack about something, you should Try it 1st.

Just Say'n.
Maybe you should move on from trying to push a cheap Chinese device on me....beside's, I don't even vape anymore!!

The reason is I purchased a quality device that was able to help me reach my end goal which was to quit vaping. That device is something you yourself has even mentioned to being overpriced, so lets just get over all this as Classy asked earlier and get back to the topic of the thread!!

Agreed..... It works rather well. A $30 mod that could easily fetch $100 or more...

i've not tried one

if i started later, i'd probably have a few, but bought what was available

there is bugger all difference between copper and sterling silver, the real difference comes in with pure silver
