The boxer is nice. I like the design and l was going to pull the trigger on one a couple of different times. If they were printed in the color of your choice, I would be all over it. But instead they print them all white and dye them the color you choose, which fades over time. Not positive they still do it that way but when I was looking into them they were. If it wasn't for that I would have bought one for sure.
I've seen lots of used boxers for sale that just looked wrecked. like they were soaked in bleach.
I had a boxer for 3 days....I couldn't sell it fast enough.
Yeah just wished all these 3d printed mods are all PA12. Would of been nice.
Mine had a lot of voltage drop and the switch contacts needed frequent cleaning. I fitted a Moddog 510 with the 999 silver contact plate and then soldered some 999 silver onto the existing positive contact. It hits like a champ now and rarely needs cleaning. The green has held up quite well, looks a bit more dull now but not bad, the lighter colours are probably the best bet.
I got it used, and it was damaged (and i repaired it myself) so I got it for a really good price, so i didn't get to pick the color. It isn't my absolute favorite color combo either, but looks way better in person. This side is what I fell in love with.
Just use 1 coil. LOL!! I have a spaced N80 clapton in mine. Works great, flavour is awesome but man, it whistles real LOUD! I measured 83db from about 6 inches away. Not quite level 11 loud, but that is loud. I suspect it’s the profile of the coil, although others do state it’s a loud RDA, I have not seen any claims of it being that loud
My getting a WN for one of my Pico Squeeze 1's at all was a huge stretch for me. The single coil and very restricted air doesn't fill the bill well for me as a generally low sub Ω/big dual coil, DLH vaper. But it works marginally for the battery acid I vape when I run short errands in the wee hours of the night. It still has the first build I put in it almost a year ago. Yes, the build is that old... but I rarely use it and the 4mm RxW will never have to be changed. 26SS316L-4.0-5w-.45Ω-RxW (that only hits at about 40W on the wimpy 50W Squeeze).
I mean, low, high, what! I've got some nice Wotofo ni80 quad core claptons that came with it. .27 ohms, might give them a try!
The coil I’m using is actually a N80 Spaced Fused Clapton – 4x 30AWG core with a 40AWG wrap. 7 spins around a 3mm ID jig gives me 0.55 ohms. Fires nicely at 40 watts
