Second-hand mod-Bros mosfet squonk-thing. Has a name I forget.
Coil I used is extra spicy - lower resistance than I usually run, but I'm OK with how it's hitting...
Nifty glow-button. Don't get that with my mechs, lol. Actually, the button itself is COOL. It's flush, and patterned like the "panel" (both white strips are panels - I can swap them out for all blacked out if I want).

Yes, absolutely. He is missed dearly. My introduction to Bob Berg was at a Miles Davis concert. We spent some time with him and Miles after the show. Lovely people. Dearly miss Miles too. I've played the saxophones since I was in grade school (keyboards and guitars also). Played in a lot of different bands. All kinds of music. Still love and play my instruments.

I love the silky finishes on the dot mods. They feel unlike any other mod in hand. I have a couple dotSquonk's and a couple dotBox 75w mods.

Last year AvailVapor had the dotBox mods on sale for $30. Well, twist my arm why don't ya.

I love Chick Corea too. Saw him with his Elektric Band with the original lineup. Eric Marienthal (sax), Frank Gambale (guitar), John Patitucci (bass), and Dave Weckl (drums). My jaw kept hitting the floor. Monster players.

Absolutely, the hand feel is super nice, and the board in them is good. Only thing I miss is a puff counter. Over all they're my favorite regulated squonks, so much nicer than the cheaper alternatives.

At $30 I think I'd clean out their inventory
