This is as flush as you'll get it, without completely stripping the pin inside. I have a gap problem myself, but this I can work with now. When I first got it yeah it was pretty bad.

I absolutely never noticed any gaps on my Mokooo because I was always using a 16-18mm Atty with a beauty ring. If there was a gap the beauty ring took care of it.

Your crazy lol its not THAT bad. But for real, it's not. If it was trust me I wouldn't use it, I'm not ok with a 1/4 inch gap on any mod regardless why it's there.

No device should need a beauty ring to cover anything up. That's just a way for a mfg'r to cover up his mistakes!!!

Maybe I should have been more specific, it didn't "need" a beauty ring. Or rather I don't honestly know anyway. I pretty much only use 14-18mm atties for for squonking and on any device with a 22mm catchcup I use a beauty ring. The only atty I screwed down on my Mokooo without a beauty ring was the Origen Little because I was just using it to check resistance.

I don't know, I prefer a slight air gap under my atty. I had one mod with a spring loaded 510 & got some atty rash once, now THAT drove me nuts!

Exactly. There is almost no gap after the 510 is adjusted. I'd rather that miniscule gap than my atty sitting on a plinth that (a) looks ridiculous and (b) creates overhang with pretty much any 22mm atty *cough*REO*cough*

Hellfire Venom. It is an extremely well made mod but due to it using 18500s I sold it. Just didn't quite cut it for me battery life wise.

I can see why you wouldn't want to take it out...it is a hot looking mod for sure. I like the front squonk hole (like Pdib style) batt life sounds awful tho.

Thats not anything I have to worry about because the O-16's are the only atty's I use on my Reo's.... I too, am not crazy about how the 22mm atty looks on the grand, but now that Rob has created the P-67 there is no more overhang...
