I visited a local shop that I love to hang around in here in Sacramento, CA, and they got the Hades in and I was just amazed with the thing. It's quite a considerable mod, size and weight. It definitely felt solid in the hand, but the things that got me turned off from it was the size was pretty inconvenient to carry around since I use a VapeSox for my normal 22mm 18650 mods, and in addition the firing button took a lot more force than I'm normally comfortable with. And another gripe that I had was the aesthetics, in the sense that there are no widely available RDAs that fit on it flush, other than the towering Russian Big. However, it does fire quite nice, very consistent if you can learn the proper firing strength needed for the massive switch. It's definitely a functional mod, but may be inconvenient for others. Just my two cents, but I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying it.

Im actually starting to rethink what I said before. You make valid points, especially ones that are starting to get to me now. I switched out the spring to magnets and the bottom button is a beast to push in, with this kind of button the locking ring is kinda pointless, I mean I can't see this thing firing by itself unless it was really really forced down. Another thing, im noticing that its not exactly practical as an on the go mod, so I use it solely at home now, which defeats the purpose of why I got it for the long battery life. I still like it but I guess I should of spent a little less money when it came to my first 26650 mod, maybe should of went with the big nasty as a tester or something.
