Had a phone meeting/interview with the SSM Healthcare Risk Reduction Dept here in St. Louis and this discussion resulted in vaping being allowed in not only the common areas, but patient rooms! SCORE
SSM manages numerous hospitals/labs/physician offices in the Greater St. Louis area.

That is great!!! Patients really should have access to vaping since it will keep them in their rooms getting better instead of hiding in the stairwells trying to sneak a cig.

I live in St Louis & was recently talking to a guy while at a bar who had kidney surgery at Barnes Hospital 2 yrs ago. He was a chain smoker at the time & the nurses allowed him to vape ecigs while he was walking the halls....he couldn't sit in his bed & vape but everywhere else was fine.
