I have tried using steam engine and I can not figure it out. It's very confusing for some reason.
Not trying to be rude, but if you know the material (SS) and you know the guage (24/32) and you know what size inner diameter you want...it's pretty simple. Just plug in the target resistance.
If that's too difficult, you're in trouble. You're old enough to vape so you should be responsible enough to understand what you're doing. Taking a strangers word for something like this is risky.

Can I ask why do you even reply if you don't help?. Just because I'm old enough to vape doesn't make me understand how to use a software properly if I haven't done it for clapton before this is my first time and I'm just confused on the site because it asks for leg length and spaces and stuff and it just confuses me when I was trying to use the wire master section.

Directing you to a program that answers your questions for you IS helping you out. By the time you figure out how it works, you're liable to understand what you're doing a little better. That makes you safer.

Just saying "8 wraps" doesn't help you at all.

Here's you coil on SE. That is for a single coil, so divide by 2 for a dual coil deck.

@Asbestos4004 , funny thing is it actually comes in at 8 wraps with a 3 mm ID. Good guess:D

leg length is the amount of distance from your coil to where you tuck it under the screw holding it in place. You can guesstimate a little bit, base it on if you want to do a contact or spaced coil... With a spaced coil the legs are usually shorter.

There should be tutorials on steam-engine and you want to enter in the materials of your coils (what metal is wrapped with what metal) I think. You really want to calculate this yourself, honestly, so that you can do it in the future and also understand what you are doing.

Best of luck, it's not a desire not to be helpful that's happening, it's just really necessary to understand steam engine if you want to make coils.

This is why I started this thread because it's acting weird. I literally attempted dual coils 3 times already and still get around the same crappy 1.5-1 ohm already I used a kuro koiler to make sure the wraps were perfect and I did 4 at first than 6 than 7 and they are all still going to the 1 ohm range WHY!? I even looked at the steam engine and did the suggested wraps still same wrap and yes it was wrapped on a 2mm kuro koiler and it still doesn't come to close to the said output even at 2mm so I don't think a 3mm 8 wrap will make a differrence I'm just wanting to know what is going on here

If you are wrapping 24/32 SS316 Clapton wire 8 times around a 3mm jig, you will get the resistance Steam Engine estimates. If you are not getting that resistance and you are wrapping it 8 times at 3mm ID, then you are not using 24/32 SS316 Clapton wire.
