So I've been experimenting with atomizers specifically for the purpose of dripping. Right now I have two joyetech 510-T atomizers. One is standard resistance, and the other is low resistance. The pull on the standard resistance is very good, but the pull on the low resistance is really hard. I feel like I have to suck on it like a crack head to get a decent hit. There is barely any air flow through it. Does anybody have a way to remedy this problem? I've tried slightly unscrewing it from battery to improve airflow. That didn't work. Then I tried drawing off both of them unscrewed from the battery. The low resistance one definitely has a tougher draw. I can deal with it if that's the way it's supposed to be, but I'm wondering if maybe I got a defective one.

That's not really the way it's supposed to be. If you've been using these for a while, the LR atty might need to be cleaned. Try blowing out all the liquid, give a few quick dry burns until you see the coil glow orange almost as soon as you push the button . .and then reload and try again. When I first started dripping, I put way too much liquid in the atty and it was always getting flooded and gunked up. I don't know if this applies to you or not but my attys have been working WAY better since I started putting only 2 drops of liquid in them and blowing them out frequently.

Turn around...
Explain what you mean by "adjust"
From screwing down the atomizer too much the center post at the bottom gets pushed up blocking airflow. Take anything small and pointy and pull it back down a little bit. Theres tons of videos on you tube and things on the web if you would like pics or demonstrations. Its not hard at all to do. And yes if you haven't cleaned them the should be cleaned. Rinsing and dry burning works well also.

If you look at the base of the 510-T atomizer you will see that it only has one side air hole instead of the normal two.
While the 510-T is one of my favorite dripping atties (wick plate removed), I use an unsealed 510-510 shorty extension so that air can get to the center hole. You might also loosen the atty just a bit to see if that helps.

With most atomizers, 510-T's included, if you let them sit the juice will all settle to the bottom which blocks the air flow. Give the atty a few pulls without power to draw the juice back up to the coil.
