Standardized listing format for PV mod's possible?

I would love it vendors would start using a format like this on their mod sales pages.

Poll on VF is 80% in favor of this.

PureSmoker has been the first Vendor to implement this as of today.
Lets hope that more follow suit!

I do like the standardization of info (at the vendors sites) and the links (while not on the vendors own sites) above are the best I have found.

Basically so that if a customer is directed to a vendor site, all the info they need for the mod being sold is right there.

It helps vendors keep the traffic on their site and answers questions for the customer or interested potential customer.

Sounds great for customers. Just my opinion, but you're not likely to get too many vendors signed up.

Case in point: How many names do you know of for a Joye 510?

What really would be useful is if reviewers used a standardized list of points to cover. At least those not working for the vendors.

I understand what you're saying, Shadow, but what you're asking is for salesmen to strip off the advertising hype and show their products in the cold, hard light of an independent review. That's really the job of independent reviewers. That particular thankless, controversial, unpaid job is up for grabs, if you're interested.

I just figured if they did this only for mods, it would make things simpler.

I in no way meant that this should be used for standard PV's.

Ya know, I like it. I really like it! Good idea man, the more info we have the better. This even has the potential to spur new offshoots and features when a list is compiled and gaps in said list can be filled!
