Not news to most folks I'm sure, I'm not on the cutting edge of this new product.
I just got my new V3 Stardusts from Health Cabin today and I thought I'd post a photo comparing it to the V2.
I had the V1's too and I believe the only difference in the V2 is the long wicks.
The V3 has the long wicks and appears to be very similar to it's cousins, except it has a base that allows the tube to be unscrewed. The heads are also replaceable on the V3. Health Cabin has all the spare parts too, base, tubes and heads are all listed separately. The new base does cause the overall unit to be longer than the V1 and V2 were.
I haven't tried it out yet so please do feel free to post your opinions.
My initial thoughts are that it looks to be well made, good quality components.
I really like that all the parts are replaceable, should save money as time goes on...
Cleaning should be a breeze. The stardusts have really evolved into a niche between a clearomizer and a tank with this new version. I'm still tempted to try the new mini viva nova tank, but the two are so similar now that there's not much point in switching......don't tell my wife I said that I'm bound to change my mind is a week or two :)

Hello my fellow Rhode Islander! Your assumptions are pretty much spot on. Only thing you missed is that they improved the plastic in the V2 so they are less prone to cracking.

I've fairly recently switched over to Vivi Novas, from Stardusts. I find them easier to fill and clean, they hold more juice, and they are much more durable since you can get aluminum tank tubes for them.

Lots of people like the new stardusts, though, and they are definitely much less expensive to maintain with the replaceable heads.
