Hi!

Can anyone please help me?
I ordered starter kit from Green House: eGo-T 650mAh USB Passthrough Starter Kit. Week after I ordered (couple days ago) I received the kit. There are 2 batteries, 2 tanks, 5 cartridges and charger.

But from the beginning nothing worked. When I press the button, it lights blue, but nothing happens: there is no sound at all, battery and tank both cold, and no vapor at all!

Do you have any thoughts what could happened?
I e-mailed Green House people but they don't answer((

Thank you,
Simon

simon its possible the center plate is out of position on the tanks. what you want to do is use a paperclip and at the bottom of the tank(threaded area) gently move the center piece just a tad(1-2mm). it may take a couple of tries for it to get it to making a good connection.

this issue happens for 2 different reason. either it gets bumped around and that causes the plate to get pushed in. the other reason that this happens is over tightening. you want to make it just finger tight no need to torque it down.

seems like i took to long to write this out. several people beat me to it

Hi Simon,

Sorry to hear your having a hard time getting going. Well if your battery is lighting up then I take it your battery is on (5 clicks) so thats out. How many atomizers came with your kit? What kind of tanks are they? If you have more than one atomizer I would try another atomizer and see if thats it. Do you have a meter or something to check resistance on whatever you have attached so you can ensure it isn't DOA? Hopefully you will get it going. Good luck!

Per MyFreedomSmoke.com
eGo-C Batteries add a new dual LED feature that lets you know when the battery power is getting low. When the battery has been drained to less than 20% power remaining the LED that lights up the button will change from White to Blue indicating that it needs to be charged soon. This is a great feature that will keep you from having a battery die without notice while you are away from home.
Perhaps your eGo-T is the same? If the LED is blue, try charging it.

Some times the positive pin in delivery systems gets pushed up, and won't make contact with the positive post of the battery.

Grab a small screw driver or something similar and wiggle the center post of the delivery system down.
By delivery system, do you mean battery?
Actually I tried both of them. I pinned out a center piece on the battery a little, and on atomizer center piece comes out easily. But still it is not working.
I also noticed that when I touch the center piece on the battery while pushing the button, light starts flashing. Does it mean battery works?

I tried to move center piece on the atomizer, and it easily comes out. It looks like very tiny cylinder with a small iron drop covering back hole. Is it supposed to be like that?

Anyway it didn't help.
I will try to find a meter or something to check the battery
