I received my C-E2 R4 RoyalSmokers cartos on Friday along with my joyetech eGo USB Passthrough. Previous to this I had been using Green Smokes the past month.

I've vaped about through a couple of rounds on 4 of them. My practice is to try to stay with one flavor for each cart for now. This is a fillerless system, using a wick that I understand is burn-......ent. If I am staying with one flavor, is there any need to clean these except on an occassional basis?

I have seen boiling in water and white vinegar offered up as two cleaning methods. Anyone with experience with the eGo and the RoyalSmoke E2's have any advice on this?

Much appreciated...

I usually do a real quick burn before I fill the E2's up. I've enough of them that I can dedicate each one to a single flavor which seems to really help as far as the need to clean, 4 out of 5 of the first batch I got over 2 weeks ago are still going and haven't had to clean them. My preferred carto cleaning method is cheap high proof vodka. When you do decide to clean best way would be to remove the cap and O ring like you were going to fill it then also remove the filler ring you would stick the syringe through then clean. I wouldn't clean them until they start tasting off. The PTB mod also works pretty well on them.

Read all about the PTB mod. I have a REO mini coming. I am not so sure I am satisfied with the setup on the eGo...my experience has been a bit inconsistent. On full cartos I start getting no TH and some burning taste or off-taste and I don't vape heavily (I mean to say I don't rapid-fire).

Good to hear your experience is not to have to clean out very often--that would be a deal breaker to me. When things get too funky I drip in a 510 atty then go back to one of the cartos to see if they are hitting better.
