Status on Order

Any status on my order? Can't seem to get a hold of you guys over the phone. My order # is 15316

I placed an order on Sunday, and still do not have a shipping notice.

Hey Jack, I ordered mine at about the same day. The status on my order hasn't been updated either but I did email TY and he said the order will be shipped today or tomorrow reason was their system (server and/or website for the US) was down. It was backup in a couple of hours but as for the us branch seems they took the day off so Processing was resumed today so they are a bit backed up but the orders will be processed today or tomorrow. Thats as much info as I got but I think Abe will reply to your message later when he logs on.

Yup true to their words, I just checked and it shows that my Items was shipped today.

Hi Jack, the phone has been very busy today, Ty has concentrated mainly on getting orders out as we lost Monday's shipping time due to a problem with the system (fixed now). He is up to sunday evening, your order should have gone out but it has an OOS on the order (out of stock), not sure what that is but ty would have emailed you. Please let me know if he has emailed you.

Right there with ya! My # 13525 from Sunday...still no word..sent email.. no answer.. It is now about 11 pm on Tuesday my time, and all I have is an order confirmation and $$ charged to my account.. Just checked the site and no tracking...? Let me know! Thanks

I think Abe and TY is gone for the nite. They will respond to you tomorrow I guess. But Im pretty sure if its not today then it will be tomorrow when you get the confirm. I'm a couple of orders before Jackinkc and I emailed TY (or ImYourSalt in this forum) and he emailed me back Next day (which was today) and my order shipped out today also.

So SecondChance did you get the email from LF ? how the status ? I think my order Should be here tomorrow LOL hoping it is ...... but then again its USPS them and their tracking system sucks. It still shows no tracking info just shows the LF submitted electronic form that an Item will be shipped. But yea Blah. LOL keep us posted.

Yeah... we had some minor delays... And I would like to apologize to everyone for this.

We are shipping Tuesdays orders today, and should be all caught up tomorrow.
