Steep...yes?....no?

Should TVR juices be aired out, steeped, etc? I'm new to vaping after smoking for over 50 years. In another thread someone posted that lemon meringue was too mild, but steeping made it even more flavorless...I thought steeping made the flavors stronger. I am using 50/50 TVR juices 18mg in an Aspire Nautilus, and not getting much flavor in any juice I try...should I steep all juices from all mfgrs?

I have found that most of their juices are better after a few days of steeping, except French Vanilla Coffee. It seemed to be good right away.
