Whenever you mix a flavor with VG or PG the flavoring needs time to bond molecularly with the the base liquid. This is practiced with making alcohol and also in the food industry (culinary). Steeping allows the flavorings to completely diffuse into the base liquid. I found this video on you tube that really shows how much steeping really helps and it is an eliquid video. This is what I have found to be the best process to get the most out of your liquid; and if you watch the entire 7 minute video you will find how effective this process is. Check it out; it will make you vape so much more pleasureful.
