Hi i'm new to vaping and i keep seeing and hearing about steeping. I just put in an order at highbrow and i have some questions about letting my juices get to their full potential. What are the factors? Complexity of the flavor, say will watermelon be ready faster than dark chocolate mint? bottle size, will my 10ml bottles be ready faster than my 30ml or does it not play a role? whats the average steeping time i should let it sit? should i store them in the fridge or keep them out during this process? I'm just looking for some answers on this so i know the proper way to get the flavor to come out as quickly as possible, any info would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

I steep Highbrow fruit flavors for a few days to a week, although they're still pretty good soon as you get them. For their other flavors I'd say a week, minimum. Just put them in a cool, dark cupboard or closet.

In general, I do think larger batches take longer to steep. Most complex flavors will benefit more from a longer steeping time than simple flavors do.

If you notice a perfume'y flavour, you'll want to remove the cap and the drip cap and let them sit overnight. Then I let them sit for a day or two with the caps on in a cool, dry place and shake them up whenever I think of it. Most jucies will be good to go at that point. I find that thicker juices need more steep time, and depending on the temperature outside when they were mailed they will need more or less time. Warmer temperatures speed things up.

However, most juices won't even need to steep, though I'm not sure about Highbrow

The first thing I would do is ask the vendor if and how long it needs to be steeped. They should know when it was made. I DIY and I put my bottles into a hot water bath to steep then just shake and wait a day or two. YMMV. Store all eliquid & DIY flavors in a cool dark place. Unflavored Nicotine base for DIY'ing can be kept in an airtight glass container in the freezer.

I did not know that. Thanks!
The best thing is an amber or cobalt blue glass bottle with a polyseal cap. Leave the least amount of headspace possible. Light and air are your enemies. If you DIY you will probably buy nic in bulk when it's on sale and this how to keep it for 2+ years.
