I hear people talk about steeping. Does this mean:

A) Let the bottle sit?
B) Let the bottle sit in the refrigerator?
C) Let the filled cartomizer sit for awhile?

How long do new juices need to sit? Doesn't the seller steep them before they ship? Do the juices taste okay without steeping, and does steeping just improve the flavor?

And finally, why steep?

Thanks from a new vaper.

Some flavors are MUCH better steeped. you may get a bottle of something that tastes like simple green but a week of steeping it will taste like its supposed to. Generally you loosen the cap on the juice and just let it sit out on a shelf or something (this allows it to breath) I am not positive but the fridge would seem counterproductive to the steeping process. If you try a juice and it tastes fine no need to steep it. If it tastes weak or nasty let it steep. Some vendors Pre steep before they send it to you and others if they are custom mixed and sent may require 2-3 days or as long as a week or two to steep. Just a single example of my experiance. I ordered Blueberry Cheese cake from a particular vendor and it tasted like spoiled tobacco rolled in 10 year old blueberry. it was very nasty. eventually i ran low on juice and this was my last holdout bottle (had been about 3 weeks) when i finnaly forced myself to load it up it tasted amazingly good.

Depends on the juice. Many of the juices I buy/make taste great right away. But some multi-flavoring vapes need time to meld, especially tobacco and bakery juices. I shake them and put them in a dark, cool cupboard. Shake them 1x a day and wait a week or two.
The ones I've had to take the lid off never get ok to me, but I am ulltra picky. If they don't get okay with the lid on, I will try taking it off, but generally end up tossing them.
