There is SO MUCH information about steeping on the website, and it's kinda a little overwhelming so I thought I would ask specifically what I should be doing.
Seems some flavors need more time, some need less. Some people suggest letting it breathe, some people suggest a hot-water bath, some people suggest a week sitting, some people suggest more.
What I gather thus far is that things need to steep for AT LEAST 24 hours, preferably 3-7 days. My buddy who has a B&M shop says he vapes his stuff right away after giving it a good shake... but I don't think I'm having too much luck with that method.
I'm using TFA for my flavorings, and I'm assuming this might help people to suggest steeping times (as it varies by flavor).
Right now, I have (Ripe) Strawberry, Double Chocolate (Clear), Espresso, Red Flavor, French Vanilla, & Watermelon. I have Green Tea, Chai, Horchatta, Ripe Banana, & Clove coming in the mail.
I'm also using 100% VG (except the PG that's in the flavorings), and I'm not sure if that means that I need to let things steep for longer than I would with a PG(or mixed) juice.
If anyone has any experience with these flavors, it would be greatly appreciated if you could give me some suggestions on how to steep.
I'm honestly not wanting to do anything that involves sitting out my bottles (open) to breathe because of my cats (I certainly don't want them thinking it smells interesting, and then knocking over a bottle of juice and getting sick from the nicotine)... but I'm also pretty certain that just shaking them or letting them sit for 24 hours isn't enough (though the strawberry was pretty good right off the bat, but then I got flavor fatigue and so I'm kinda a little lost about what I'm doing at this point (but hey, flavor fatigue is a good reason to leave the juices alone to steep, right?)).
Thanks for any help you can give me.
