Steeping time

I'm looking into picking up a 120mL bottle of the VS RY4 and am curious if these liquids are mixed as they're ordered or if VS already has them mixed from the vendor so they're essentially already steeping. Please let me know if you've found you've had to steep the larger bottles or if they were fine from the get go.

As a quick side note, I saw reference some time ago about an update to the site so you could order 120mL bottles via the site and use the discount code, is this still in the works?

I've been using VS for almost 2 years & I've never had to steep my liquids.I've never purchase the 120ml,only 10ml & 30ml. My understanding is that Eric's liquids are made in India.
Ordered last week & discount code worked
