Steeping ?

I have a lot of juice and was wondering if steeping really makes a difference, I notice that some juices get darker over time..

Yes it enhances the flavour.

And while we're on the subject maybe a little advice on how to slow down the steeping process, always been curious of this. Titanium, your imput would be greatly appreciated on this matter as well
