Step by Step Mech Mod Cleaning Procedure Please!!

Anyone out there have a safe procedure to clean my much mod? I've had it for about 2 weeks and it's starting to get a little gunky. I have a Tugboat and a 4nine. The drip tip has a Delran insulator and on o-ring, and the rda has an o-ring. Should I remove these? What is safe to boil and what isn't? What should I use to polish/clean the mod itself. Thanks!

Furthermore, are the magnets safe to boil? With that mess with the polarization?

Boil? That's a new one.

I suppose you can boil mechs and RDAs, but hot tap water and dish soap, or Oxyclean is more than adequate to clean them. IPA works well too. Here's some good information on heating magnets.

I use an ultrasonic cleaner for my mechs. It does an extremely good job. Wifey is happy as well as I clean all of her jewelry too!

Warm water with soap is enough. Just make sure to wipe your gear with a paper towel after washing and also wipe all threads properly.
