Yea that's what's weird. It's partially bucking. Wonder why they don't just go ahead and make it go lower. At least down to 3 volts, would be alright with me.

Put it on PWM so it can.
DC-DC = Battery output on the low end. Requested by vapors to YIHI.
PWM is fully controlled and it will Drop like a rock to 5w
I normally use DC-DC, but I also normally run above 12w
