Versus the original LifePO4 rcr123a 750mah bats these have a higher mah and are the same size in diameter just a touch off on length and would the be good to use for longer life

are you talking about the Lithium ion 900 mah rcr123's??? if so Steve did a test with them and they actually had less lasting power then the LifePo4 batteries plus standard lithium ion batteries can't be recharged as many times as the LifePo4 batteries.

Tenergy and AW are usually true to their mah rating. Ultrafire and Trustfire seem to exaggerate.

They do not fit the V2

I have some, I have used them in my Xhaler, they will not fit in the V2.

I think they stink anyway, battery life on the Xhaler is about half what it is with the silver tenergy batteries.

I've got them, they're too wide...forget the specs, they just don't fit for real life application. Also, in general use, other mods for example, they don't last as long as the 750s. Even Tenergy exaggerates their mAh ratings...and apparently their measurements too. I use the 750s and AW LiFePO4s rated at 500 mAh and they're about the same, if anything the AWs last a bit longer for me in the Prodigy V2.

I have a set of these, the stickers on the outside are thicker or the diameter is a touch thinker and I'm having a hell of a time fitting them in my V2. In fact, I shredded one trying to get it in.

If you put them in through the switch side it's easier, but overall its just a big pain in the ...., I have set mine aside for future endeavors.

Also didn't notice that the battery life was all that impressive.

EDIT: and now noticing the posts above me, this is nothing new.

Steve also said those bats are no good...he did some tests and the lifepo4 with the lower mah rating did better. Plus you get 2000 charge cycles vs. 500 or so with the 900 mah li-ion ones...

So stick with the lifepo4s
