I mean do you guys just come up with a falvor concept and order or does anyone actually try the mixes befor they go on sale?

The reason I ask is this, I just received an order Ide been looking forward too. It contains two of your holiday flavors Spiced Cider and Pumkin pie. I might add at this time of year cider and pumkin pie are two of my favorite things. And Im sad to say these two carts were absoluting horrible.

I know taste is subjective but honestly the cider had no apple flavor at all the the pumkin pie tastes exactly how raw pumpkin smells. The cider tasted like I was vaping my grandmothers perfume and the pie just reminds me of pumkin innards.

Im not one to tell you guys your business but you should really have a taste tester on hand. Even the frebie Cinimon Bun cart I got tates more of a red hot candy, no bun or baked flavor at all.

This is the first time Ive ever been completly dissapointed with a V4L order.

Well I believe Leaford taste tested them himself in China before the finalized them. Taste really is subjective, some flavors I really dislike are quite popular with other people. I also find that flavors I don't like one time can taste great another time and vice versa. I like the cinn bun although it does taste pretty much cinnamon.

So how did you like the other flavors in the sampler?

I agree I can not stand RY4 and yet i think it is the most popular flavor on this forum.

I didnt order the sampler and Im glad I didnt. While I love egg nog the cart version of it just didnt sound appealling at all. I ordered one 5 pack of Pumpkin Pie and one 5 pack of Spiced Cider. Neither flavor is vapable....at all and I mean at all. Ive vaped through packs of other flavors I didnt care for but these two are literally disgusting.

I will be sending both of these back to V4L with a recommendation they be removed. I mean the pumkin nearly made me vomit.

This is hard for me to say here as Im a happy V4L customer but these two cart flavors just didnt match up to Steves normal quality. Hell like I said in my original post even the freebies this time around failed. I received a free Banana cart thats bone dry. Granted its a free cart but the quality controll seems to be lacking.

Not trying to bad mouth you guys at V4L, I plan on staying a customer, but really guys I hope this is a fluke. If a first time customer got this he'd most likly not be a second time customer.

I think it's subjective. So many people rave about the Peach Cobbler, Peanut Butter Cup and Ice Cream flavors, but they all make me want to hurl. They're a hostile assault on my taste buds. I think they're gross and un-vape-able.

Some people dislike the pear, banana and 555 flavors, but they're three of my favorites!

It just goes to show you that all of the flavors taste different to different people. I'll go a step further and say that it also varies with the amount of time you've been vaping and/or how long it's been you've smoked tobacco. My taste buds keep changing; my favorite flavors also keep changing.

Huzaah! (Actually, I found the PBcup to just be wimpy. A little gross but overall just wimpy)

It also "doesn't help" that they keep adding and refining. That's a good part of why my favs keep changing too.

Most of the "non" tasting tobacco flavors taste and smell like perfume.

Disgusting if you ask me.

I won't even bother to order the tobacco tasting flavors anymore because I like the fruits, coffees, pies and cinnamon roll way better than the tobacco flavors I've tried. They don't taste and smell like perfume to me or I certainly wouldn't vape them myself.

See you like what you like and I like what I like.

Also, regarding returning flavors based on taste, what business could possibly function on that basis? I used to sell fragrance oils and I didn't take returns because someone didn't like the way they smelled and there was as much subjectivity going on with how someone's olofactory nerves were reacting to a scent as there are with taste buds/smell of cartos and juices in the vaping world. Plus, with this being liquids, I don't know of any company that would take returns like that with a liquid item that could be tampered with.

If you don't like what you got, it's easy enough to rinse and refill with a juice you do like. I've done it with a few I didn't care for.

Good point.

That's why I only use blank carto's anymore.
I fill them with my favorite e-liquid and do not have to worry about rinsing out the disgusting perfume flavors.

That's definitely the truth. I love the banana and heard everyone on here say that the if you like banana you absolutely had to try the banana cream pie so my buddy and I ordered a box. I tried my hardest to like them but they were just disgusting to me. His wife, on the other hand, loves them. Works out perfectly, I give him my BCP carts and he gives me some blueberry carts. :D

Me too! I absolutely LOVE the banana carts but the banana cream pie carts are just so-so. The blueberry ones are really good.

I used to love the Virginia and Parliament - both are very good - but now I ignore them in favor of the non-tobacco ones. I hang on to the carts in case my taste buds do another abrupt change. Can't trust those taste buds...
