I havent found anything to really use this flavor on but it is tasty even by itself . I would say its still best as a underlying flavor though . Its not real strong but it tastes like a hint of pumpkin mixed with graham cracker and marshmallow . Id say the graham cracker taste is most dominant which im thinking is supposed to be the taste of a gooey pumkin pie crust like you would find under the pumkin in a pumpkin pie . Best i found is about 15-20% but like i said although good i havent found a use for it yet since i have so many flavorings . If your making a pumpkin pie and already have a pumkin flavoring this will be the finishing touch .
