So, I've been e-ciggin' for about a year now. At the time the kGO seemed to be my best buy, lots of praise on here. I can't tell you what version I have, but it was from hoosier and came with two batteries, 5 click rubbery button on/off.

It's never let me down. I'm pretty cautious as to how tightly I screw in the battery to charge or attach an accessory - so the battery posts seem fine. Both batteries have been recharged dozens of times and still last days. I don't vape nonstop though I do have some spikes in usage when driving or whatever, but the battery life is pleasing.

I decided to make a big juice order as I got a Kanger T3 and like to stick with one good flavor as long as I can so I don't have to dump and refill/waste. In making this new juice order I'm wondering if I should upgrade my hardware too.

Like I said, I've never once had an issue or been irritated with my kGOs. I do like shiny new things though and LCD screens. I know a lot of you have purchased a few kits before settling on one in particular. I've never really felt a need to adjust voltage as vapor production has always been great provided the battery isn't leaked on to.

Should I just stick with what I've got until they're toast? At ~$45/kit it doesn't seem like I really need something that I can unscrew and replace the battery on, but dangit I like fancy crap! I can justify spending up to about $65 on a battery/kit and it's even better if I get two batterys and essentially two complete setups. Seems like when I was reading in to this years ago there were many more fancy kits offered and all over youtube with the LCD screens and VV, but I can't find as many now. Maybe this is good and the good stuff has found its way to the winners circle.

Okay, so stupid post - any suggestions that allow me to keep all my accessories without needing threading adapters and blah, or if you were perfectly content with the kGO but wanted something neat and new - would you try out something else just for giggles? I don't have anything to compare mine to but taste/warmth/production are all exceptional. I'm surprised I haven't already had the itch - I hold off modifying or tweaking anything to a certain point... but just like with new vehicles, they stay stock for a while and I tell myself "This is great" and then I get the fever and start throwing on lift kits and auxiliary lighting and bells/whistles.:)

I love My KGO`s. I use them with both 2ohm boge`s and T2`s
My order of most used devices
350 ego + 2.5ml DCT 2.5ohm
650 ego + 3.5ml DCT 2 ohm
Bolt Plastic 18650 + BFT 8.5ml 2ohm
900 kGo + Kanger t3 1.8ohm
650 twist + Vision Nova Mini 2ml 2.4ohm
1000 twist + 3.5ml DCT 2ohm

I use 30mg solution in my mini ego, the little guy lasts me my entire shift+++ and is a little taller than a pack of cigs. If/when it dies I have at least 2 more complete devices in my backpack. Everything else is 11/12mg solution and has become secondary to the mini ego lol. Its very nice finding the best combos to your juices.

Hour,
If I can suggest an upgrade it would be a big battery device for home use. Its nice having the bolt because I can switch batteries so easily and that BFT lasts me a few days before I need to fill it. Actually if you can get away with a cord the amigo passthrough looks pretty nice and is really cheap.

Will Affleck,
Lol if you didn't say it I would've posted this.
The provari is f'ing amazing. From air draw to feel in your hand it doesn't disappoint. I will say that "that .... won't fly" in my line of work and the world really isn't ready for these types of devices in public, but my friend who works in machining has one and everyone is very jealous. VW really isn't necessary if you know what to expect from your atomizing device. The only reason I don't have one is because it really doesn't fit me. Im skinny, wear slim clothing, and that thing won't fit anywhere but a backpack or toolbox lol.

Thanks guys - I got my new juices in and fiddled with my Kanger T3 a little more and it's just unstoppable. The amount I've vaped in the last 6 hours is nothing short of amazing - kGO still treating me well.

I'm not really accustom to having something that travels well in the first place, which is sad - a pack of smokes in the pocket is bulky too but somehow I managed to carry it along easier than a kGO with 3.5ml tank or 2somethingML kanger t3 on the end of it. Provari looks awesome though and I'd be interested in having an even bulkier unit exclusively for home and just learning how to carry a kGO a little easier. I've never had an issue with them getting in the way at work or when driving, but when walking around town hitting up the bars it's a challenge.

Anyway, thanks for the suggestions and comments, back to vape!

I used Kgo's for the longest time, and loved them. Those batteries had amazing longevity. But, now I use the Vision Spinner batteries, because they put out more voltage. I use a Cisco Spec 1.8 ohm atty at 4.3v, and it works great. I also use the Ego mega dual coils, and they're great too. As for being out and about with your e-cig, I highly recommend getting a lanyard with the clip. The Ego is just about the only device you can wear around your neck, and it's always handy. The Lavatube 2 also has a lanyard, but it's size might make it a bit awkward.

BTW, I just have to put in my 2 cents. I used to be thrilled with Brent's service, but have become a bit disenchanted lately. I had trouble with a credit card on one order, and tried to call Brent to do the order over the phone. He never called me back, so I went with a different vendor. On one order from him, I sent an email to customer service. Never got a response. My last order from them, they were out of what I ordered so they did a substitution. I wasn't happy. I still have a tendency to browse his website, but I'm finding better service and prices with other vendors. I'm gradually moving away from hoosier, and it kills me to say. I had such good service in the past, and was in love with the Kgo's when he was the only one who had them.
