What I have found with mine (An hcigar Nemesis) is that the switch functions better when it's screwed in far enough into the body so that the outer lip of the switch covers the bottom portion of the body. If I have a little trouble with the switch, I take the bottom cap off, screw the negative post in just a hair, and put the bottom cap on again and try it. If it's still a little fussy, I tweak it again.

I hope that makes sense..?

My negative pin keeps backing out of the threads and making the switch wobble. I was wondering if putting some washers under the pin to make it not "wobbly"

Or maybe some loc-tite?

Loc-tite it then tighten it down with a pair of needle nose pliers.

Just make sure to use the blue Loctite if you plan on taking the screw out to adjust it at some point down the road.
