Still Can't post in sub-forums?

I have 6 posts within the New members forum, yet I still cant post a thread within the "general e smoking forum". Any idea what is going on?

After your fifth post the forum needs to reset before you can post in other areas. That happens once an hour, I think around 25 minutes after the hour.

Give it a little time, it's not an automatic thing. Some forums also require 10 or 15 posts, if memory serves me properly. Just hang out and ask questions in the newbie group and try again later!
