Still confusing.

Ok, I started on here last June and asked for help on getting some kind of starting kit, alot of people told me to get atomizers and blah blah blah because they are prefilled, I never found any atomizer or cartomizers prefilled. I never figured out what anyone was talking about soI gave up on the whole e-cig deal. Basically noone helped me at all just made it more confusing

Well I want to try again but I just need someone to tell me EXACTLY what to buy so I can get started... example.: Get 1 of these ( along with the link to the item not just the website where they sell it) also buy 3 of these ( with link to the item not just a website) buy this two ( with link to the item not just a website). I really dont care what kit it is or whatever I just want to get started on something.

I've been on the liberty-flights site so maybe someone can post me some "Buy this links" for me".
If someone could do this for me it would be greatly appreciated since you would be helping me on my journey to finally quit smoking and most inportantly getting my wife off my back about smoking!! lol.

PS, sorry for my spelling and grammar.

Most of the starter kits (from almost any site), and a juice sampler is all you really need to get going.

Another thing is quitting, for the most part, has to really be something YOU want to do.

Kgo kit $45 Virgin Vapors
VGo $49 from Analog Alternatives

Those are two examples of a starter kit. All you'd need is a bottle of juice to get started.

Sorry - no information at all in there about what you want.

If you want something with prefilled cartomizers I recommend a KR808D-1 like V4L.com (benefit - most allow longer drags) or the rubberized style at SmokelessImage, Bloogplanet, Halocigs G6 (benefit - better sealed end on manuals and 40mah longer charge per size, downside only allow 5 seconds drags/activation). I recommend the MANUAL standard size/78mm batteries. And buy liquid so you can top off the cartomizers and get several days to a week of use out of each by keeping them damp so they don't singe. On a manual you can use a DSE901 standard resistance atomizer and drip tip to test juices (see LiteCigUSA.net). I use thin clear juices in cartomizers, around 80PG/20VG.

The standard/78mm batteries are 280/320mah. 100mmah is about 1 hour of moderate vaping with a standard resistance atomizer or cartomizer.

IF you are a very heavy smoker I recommend skipping slim ecigs and looking at Joye Ego and Riva 510 at Liberty-Flights.com (or the Kgo or Vgo listed in the post above) and you will be filling your own cartomizers. Boge 2 ohm are the most popular cartomizers. Most people use cartomizers for everyday vaping though you can use atomizer + cartridge for starting out, and use atomizer with a drip tip for testing juices since these are both sealed-end manuals. These batteries are 650mah and higher.

battery + atomizer + cartridge (few like this)
battery + atomizer + drip tip (good for testing juices, vaping occasional juices)
battery + cartomizer (disposable, fairly consistent, good for everyday juices)

Ok go to Vapeshot.com they have pre-filled cartomizers menthol and tobacco flavor here pick the Starter kit, select menthol or tobacco flavor whatever you prefer. Click their "Refill Cartomizers" link at the top of the page. Get 5 boxes of the cartomizer flavor you want.

Their kit comes with everything you need to start and will keep you happy until you want to upgrade to a bigger battery etc...

Doormouse always makes good suggestions as well. If you want something bigger than a standard cig size unit listen to him.

Walgreens sells Blu ecigs. For someone who wants to exert so little effort, this may be your best bet.

You can also go to most convenience stores and pay about $30 for a single battery kit with 2 or 3 refills and a wall charger if you want to make it easy like that.

What you choose has a lot to do with your habits.

if you are a light smoker that won't be using the e-cig/ pv a lot get this. Select the manual battery option:
510 Starter Kit

if you are a heavier smoker I would go with something like this:
eGo-W Electronic Cigarette Kit

as for liquid I like a tobacco flavor. I order this:
BlueMist Vaping Supplies

select 24mg (or 32) and the "double flavor" option. I recommend trying the flavor before ordering a lot.

I prefer the second option (ego-w) because I feel it provides the better experience. REMEMBER, most of this comes down to PERSONAL preference, what I (or another person) recommend may not be right for you. I would take into account all the advice and see what the majority says.

Lol, thats exactly why I came back to the site, I was at walgreens and saw not the blue ecig but diffferent ones, I bought one and tried it out and it actually helped out alot, its one of those disposable ecigs, I started yesterday and ive only smoked 3 analogs today ( very stressful day at work) when Im usually smoking 10-15 analogs a day, so its a good deal for me since id more likely be on my 7 or 8th cig already by this time of day. But since this is working i want a better alternative to the disposable for the different flavors.

I'm a her haha. Don't agonize over it. Almost everyone ends up buying a second model by the end of their first month. Just buy what you want to try first and pick something you know the threading of and which has parts and supplies available from multiple vendors. Don't trap yourself with proprietary stuff on your first ecig because some people get screwed that way when their one vendor goes out of stock on something they need. The stuff I listed and recommend use the two most popular threadings - 510 or KR808D-1

Do you want a bigger battery or a standard cig sized 2 piece unit?

+1 Homedude Agreed-

I started off with the original BLU e-cig and I liked it quite a bit. It's a great option to retain the look / feel of a real analog. My only reason for switching in the long run was for better battery life and avoid clogged automatic batteries. I love the fact its in a real feeling cig pack.

you could try their new "100" version, its longer and has better battery life because of it. I dont know if they sell this at walgreens though.

best of luck OP!

"Disposable" doesn't mean you can't refill and reuse them..as long as the battery's still charge and the atomizer works you can reuse them ;)

Welcome back way2slickrick;

I started with this an Ego-T and it came with the juice (the stuff that makes the vapor) But I also ordered extra juice so I would not run out while sorting out all the mystery of vapour.

I ordered this from the Vapor Room....... they were a vendor vetted by this forum and more important to me.......I liked the logo...go figure....that is how i chose.

Joye eGo Tank Kit in'a Case

I upgraded to the 1000mAh battery and I get a solid 10-12 hours out of one of them.
I am pleased with my choice but more than pleased with the help and kindness I have found here.
So many smart vapours here!:vapor:

way2slickrick,

I hear ya. It's way easier to buy a pack of smokes and fire up. But, as you know, that is getting old and tired, besides deadly.

So, I'm going to take a wing at suggesting the following: Get a Pig Cig from LeCig, here's a direct link to that device:
PigCig D1 Starter Kit - order it with a couple of extra packs of Mega Cartomizers. Otherwise the kit comes with everything you need. I suggest this kit because it has worked wonderfully for me the past two analog free weeks. And, it does not have any of the problems (leaking, battery failure, etc...) that I have read about with many other devices. Additionally, the shipping is free and customer service outstanding. Plus, you are ordering it directly from the manufacturer.

Secondly, go to this site and order some of their "Sampler" eJuices: Free Sample 4.5ML Bottle - the first 4.5ml sampler is free when you enter the code FREESAMPLE - the shipping is only $2.50 and additional 4.5ml bottles are only $3.50 each. (thanks sweedishfish). The extra cartos you order with the Pig Cig should get you through until the samplers arrive. Once you find a flavor you like, order a couple of 30ml bottles of that flavor, and you are off to the races! easy peasy

NOW GO GET YOUR VAPE ON! : )
