Still Hasn't Shipped!

I made an order at Vapor4Life late Wednesday night and my status is still "processing" and I have not received a shipping confirmation yet. I sent Steve an email this morning and still haven't received a reply... does anyone know what might be going on? I can't wait to get my VK Kit and I am hoping to get it early next week! Any input is appreciated! Thanks!

I also made my 1st order yesterday between 5:00 and 5:30 pm CST.....this evening it is still showing as processing, and I too have not received a shipping notice. I think it is just that Steve is swamped right now since Mark is away.....he's got us covered, we just have to be patient.

Typically the USPS tracking blows, I don't even bother with it. If it's any help, all but one of my shipments from Steve have arrived in 3 days, and once 4 days. That's from Illinois to FL. Steve has been super busy as of late and Mark is down due to illness, but I'm pretty sure you should be sitting pretty by tommorow afternoon or Monday at the latest.

To clarify, I am no way affiliated with Vapor4Life but I have enough faith to pretty much say that you should have it tommorow

Thanks Runkmud for the info....but I haven't even got to the USPS tracking stage. I am still showing as processing in my account on Vapor4Life website...and haven't received an e-mail notice from Steve to receive a tracking number.

I placed an order Tuesday and it didn't ship until yesterday. It takes time to put orders together. I know it is hard, but just be patient. It is soooo hard.

I am guessing that with Mark out, Steve hasn't had a chance to send out confirmations. Honestly though, I am guessing that it is on the way! BELIEVE ME! I know how hard it is to wait for an order - especially your first! Even under pressure, Steve is wicked fast! Hang in there, you will be vaping soon!

And I have to say, it seems as though V4L is getting busier and busier(not a bad thing). I hope he(they) can keep up the pace, and I'm positive they are doing everything they can to get orders out as quickly as possible.

I can believe that, JenJen, I used to have a website that was so busy that by the time I got around to telling people it was shipped they already had it. When I talked to Steve on the phone yesterday, it sounded so much like the old days in my business, going 40 hours without sleep or even more sometimes, then if you made the mistake of sitting down for a moment to catch your breath, that's it, you just fall asleep sitting there. It was one of the most exciting and profitable times of my life, I hope it is the same for Steve and crew. I hope they are enjoying this because there's nothing else like it. Especially with an internet business that takes off this way.

We are sending them tons of business and Mark (their right hand man) is also out due to illness. I expect there will be delays. Trust me, the wait will be worth it and you will be SMILIN. Once it ships it will be on your doorstep in 2-3 days and you will be happy, I guarantee it!

I just got off of the phone with Steve and you all are 100% correct. Between dealing with China at night and filling orders during the day, he is busy as all heck. Having Mark out certainly doesn't help. But I do know that he is filling the orders.. a HUGE number of them today.

Sounds like he is doing all of the right things and trying his absolute best to keep everybody satisfied.

I have only ordered twice but each time, the order arrived within 3 days - I'm in California. USPS tracking blows big time, they will show it is in transit until you get the "no one available" notice in your mailbox ... grrrr ... so I just have to stalk the mail delivery person when I know I've got an order coming in.
As PhoenixRising says, it will be worth the wait.

I noticed my order took a day more than usual and you know what? That's perfectly fine! I assume there's a LOT going on and without Mark being around, wow, I'd hate to be in his shoes right now
I'm not surprised it took slightly longer and it's totally fine I can wait an extra day

You got that right. The forum probably won't see him before 1 AM tomorrow.

The way I see it, with all the new customers and Mark under the weather Steve is now doing the work of 6 people instead of the usual 3.

Tell me you order #'s, cause as far as I can tell, we are up to 4639e have a few helpers coming in tomorrow, and we will be caught up. I apologize to everone, when Mark took sick Monday, itnwas jsut the Vapor Queen, and I......so We aregonna have more help, darting in the morning.

All orders up to 10/1 at 5:31 have been shippedall remailning orddr will be shippped by monday, with MOst being shipped tomorrow.

Mine is 4667, hopefully it will go out tomorrow as I leave for Florida Wed. am and just don't want to haul everything for the 510. Understand you're busy though, and I just placed my order yest.

I appreciate everyone's input! I just checked and yes, it has been sent out and is on its way! Steve is the man! Well done for running an entire operation like this by yourself for two days. Can't wait to get the package! I hope I'll enjoy blueberry carts, as i haven't seen anybody mention that flavor on the forum yet, but this is my first order with V4L and i'll be soon breaking my VK cherry
