Talked to Mutt earlier today, figured I'd get off my lazy ... and let everyone know I'm still around and still vaping for that matter. Things have been pretty interesting in Smitty-land the last few months: went through a 4-month-long cut back down to 225lbs, then decided to go on a hard-and-heavy bulk for the winter (which I'm mostly through right now), trying to put on as much solid mass as humanly possible. So far, I'm back up to 260lbs, but only put on an extra 1-2% body fat. Layman's terms: come mid-March/early April when it comes cutting time again, I'll be looking to drop ~40lbs of fat in order to get back to 225...but this time, it'll be at ~10% BF. Ripped and huge, should be nice. Not looking forward to the dieting, that .... gets old REALLY quick, but I'll be alright.
Far as vaping stuff goes, I've pretty much found my sweet-spot with hardware: been sticking with 510 mega auto batts combo'd with those nice new Vision's and the newest revision CE2's at 2.4-2.6 ohms. Nice, consistant vape. Been vaping some really ....ty juice lately, though! See, it was all good for a while: GoodProphets ran a sale and I bought up a crap-ton of juice at maybe $5 a bottle that was actually pleasant...But then that ran out, they stopped carrying it, and I've simply been too cheap/constrained to buy the good stuff. Soooooo, I decided that since I needed a couple cheap batts from MadVapes, I'd go ahead and buy juice from there too. *big mistake* The "Mad Grapes" is actually pretty good, tastes about as close to that grape Kool-Aid/Gatorade flavor as it gets - but the other items I got (blueberry/watermelon) taste like those decorative soaps smell. Not even the slightest resemblence to their namesakes, let alone any other fruit for that matter. But, times is tuff, so you gotta vape what you gotta vape, riiiiiight?!!??!?
Regardless, it's been a learning experience for me: need to stockpile the good stuff when I can afford to!!!! And stockpile well!!
Oh, and whatever you guys do: DO NOT buy those damned "VV eGo" batts with the fancy charge indicator and such: total waste of money. When I got my last school cash, I got 2 kits, and all 4 batts were either (A) broken, or (B) shorted out within a month. Icing on the cake: 7-day warranty, no ifs/ands/buts. Yeah, few things feel worse than being someone's guinea pig on cheap hardware and paying $150 for the vaping equivalent of a high colonic in the process. Really should've asked around on ECF before pulling the trigger on that one.
Alright, I'm outta here...Anyone need anything, feel free to holler at me! Been getting really good at making CE2 syringe tubes for rebuilds, might do a how-to vid if yer' interested.
