I've been vaping now for a little over 2 weeks and I'm still lovin' it, but I haven't found that sweet spot yet. I'm looking for a consistent chest hit and relaxing feeling that comes with it.

I'm vaping a couple of Backwoods Brew flavors at 24mg and sometimes 18mg using my 510. Ok, I get that vaping is much cleaner than smoking and of course that's something I enjoy, but the vape itself feels kinda sterile and not filling or warming or quite as calming as an analog could sometimes feel.

I don't know if my descriptions make a whole lotta sense, but it's best describes what I'm missing.

I'm thinking an E cig with more vapor production might be what I need, but don't wanna spend the $$ if I'm looking for something that just doesn't exist.

Anyone else know the feeling I'm talking about? If so, did you find it and how??

Hi Krandle. I know you're kind of new to vaping but I'm gonna lay this on ya anyway. You're not going to get that "kick in the chest" feeling from a stock 3.2 volt ecig. You pretty much have to go to a 5 or 6 volt mod for that. Yeah, I've got some LR 510 attys (barely used) and I think they're over rated. I know there are a bunch of guys that want to explain math of wattage etc. etc., blah, blah, blah.
It's not the same, period. The only vaping I've done that really emulates the "feel" of smoking is with a 5 or 6 volt device and a standard cartomizer. Now, you can FEEL that.

Been vaping on and off for 2 years now... still searching for that sweet spot.

I'm going to try what mistinthewoods suggested. (5V PV)

Gotta wait for payday...

i just ordered 2 LR atomizers to go with my TW Tornado (i believe same as JoyEgo) - hopefully they will work. I have noticed that as I vape more and smoke less, i am looking for more vapor myself. Maybe some of it is i have a new toy and am vaping more than i would normally smoke, so it seems like i am chasing instead of just relaxin. i still want an analog sometimes, but i take some vapes and forget about it pretty easily. Hopefully the LR atomizer will do it for me. The way I describe it is, I want to be able to take a bigger "vape" than needed, just like you can with an analog.

36mg doesn't kill your throat?

Nope. It sure kills that jones, though. I keep some 40-ish around for emergencies, but I haven't needed any of that in months. Before I found my groove, it seemed like I was in a constant state of semi-panic about lack of nicotine. Now that I have more experience, I'm also more confident and relaxed about it. I know that I have the ability and the equipment to get some kind of vape on, no matter what.

It's like Anavrin said: "try new things every payday". I've got a few "experiments" going on all the time.
