I feel like I have information overload. I got on yesterday and got some great advice but today I am a little worried. I feel like Im the only one who wants to use the e cig to quit smoking AND to eventually quit the e cig! I don't want to trade one habit for another. This being said, what is the best to order for my needs--and what kit will have everything I need or do I have to order extra supplies?

Get yourself a Joye eGO kit and you'll be set. When buying your first bottles of juice, I would vary the nicotine levels say about 24mg to 12mg to start. Once you determine the nic level that keeps you body satisfied, stick with that level for a month or so, then slowly start decreasing it. You should be able to wean yourself down to 0mg nic over a period of time.

IMO the eGo/Riva types are one of the better buys you can get a kit for around $50ish or less depending who's got good deals going on. Whether you get the eGo type or something else most kits will give you 2 batteries, 2 atty's, and upto 5 cartridges which may come prefilled or empty along with a usb charger. Besides the kit will you need a few juices to try(prefilled cart's are usually low quality), perhaps an AC adapter for your charger(some kits will include that) Other things you may want to consider would be an additional charger + car adapter, cartomizers(atomizer and cartridge all in one unit)
