Still time to stock up?

I would rather post this in the General forum but I'm too new to post there yet. Perhaps a moderator could move this?

Anyway, I just read through the FDA announcement thread and I have a few questions:

Is there still time to stock up? And if so, what is the best way to do it?
Are US suppliers the safest way to go right now? Ruyan has the best prices but will a package of 20 bottles of juice raise a flag in customs? On one hand I want to have enough to last if I can no longer get juice. On the other I don't want to spend $200 just to have my juice confiscated.

I haven't read anything yet that says the FDA has actually banned e-cigs yet. Am I correct that they haven't actually banned them at this point?

Lets just say, I won't be ordering juice in large quantities from china anymore. They attacked the juice. PV's are probably still cool for the time being, but it's not like I know.

They have not ban them... Yet... The threat is looming, if they dare... I dont know that I would stock up at the moment.... but that is up to you... I buy the highest strength no flavor i can find... then cut and flavor it at home... just what I do, and I think I have enough juice for months...lol

Again, not really sure I have helped you at all... In the end it is up to you... Ruyan direct will only let you get 9 bottles at a time. (last I checked)

This really worries me... I think I will order what I need to last me 6 months minimum and hope it doesn't happen but if it does I will be ok for that amount of time... geez now I'm stressin'

RuyanDirect is selling the same juice which which most US suppliers sell. I would imagine there are enough credible suppliers in the US that could sell you it at a similar price.

Credible suppliers? Yes.

Same price? Nope

I have six to ten months on hand but that doesn't ease my feeling's any


bottom line ...........you have to decide ( you can get anything you want from a u.s. supplier hassle free)
beyond that it is all brain vs. brawn

I'm thinking big brother is going to move in and at worst ban it, best case, regulate it and TAX it.

So, Johnny sitting with tons of pre-regulated 36mg e-juice is going to look quite 'andsome

While a ban, if it happens, (I have serious doubts about that) would be devastating to U.S. suppliers and that would suck since I have dealt with several great one, BUT it will in no way impede my ability to obtain supplies from China directly.

Not at all. Anyone can order directly from China. The Chinese don't care about any "ban" that is in place. If you pay they will mail. The Customs Service does not have enough manpower to look at 1/10 of 1% of all packages that enter the country. Keep your orders relatively small and you will have no issues.

However, I think most people in NA would feel more comfortable ordering from someone in their locale, and would do so given a choice.

Possibly, buy I am addressing all the panic that is occurring in the face of not having a choice.
