Stillare (Authentic vs Clone)

Hi,

I purchased a Stillare rda and then purchased a clone. The price point for the authentic is quite steep, but I must admit, the comparison is well....non-existant.

The original provides beautiful build quality and the machining is exceptional. The vape is warm and full, but on the clone, the build quality is so-so and the vape is hotter, overall.

If my budget permits, there will be another authentic in my future. However, the clone provides an "essence" to the Stillare experience, but it is not the same thing.

If you can swing the authentic, do yourself a favor and grab one of these RDAs!

I have a V2i and I had an Infinite V2 clone for less than one week. The authentic was definitely finer quality in comparison, but the Infinite clone was the nicest clone I had, while I had it (gave it to a friend). I got the V2i because of the single coil airflow and reduced chamber and it produces excellent flavor. My biggest complaint about the Stillare is that it leaks juice from the air holes too easily. Other than that, it is a fine RDA. Worth the price compared to what else has come out recently? I am not so sure about that. It sure does have a classy look to it though. One of the nicest, if not the nicest looking RDA, IMO. I've got a Tobh Atty 2.5 coming either today or Saturday and looking forward to see how it performs.

I agree that the Stillare V2i is a great RDA. I bought one after killing my Zenith V2. And, like the OP, I also bought an infinite clone. It's not bad, but definately feels cheapy compared to the authentic. I have yet to get a build on either of them that I like, but it's probably cause I've only had 28 gauge until today. 24 gauge is out for delivery!

Anybody know if the Stillare on FT is Infinite? I snatched one the other day just to give it a shot.
