Stingray X quality from Fasttech

Hi all,

I was looking into getting a stingray X mod from fasttech but I've seen some posts on their forum about bad quality lately. Specifically black tarnish on the copper, dents and bad threading. Has anyone here had this bad fortune and how prevalent is it?? Is it a bad batch or are they trying to pass off a few bad apples?? There have been many positive reviews until recently and I don't want to deal with the months long China BS if I have to return it.

Also, is there still a problem with shipments being held up in customs when buying batteries from them?

From the comment threads, it looks like the latest batch is bad. If you want to be safe, just order one of the Infinite clones from an American vendor. You'll spend more, but it'll probably be better quality.

Get this one. Same manufacturer Infinite uses. And its in the US warehouse.
