So I have been enjoying NT for a little over a month now. Well enjoying may be putting it lightly but you all understand that words almost can't capture the experience fully. Each time I load up a fresh tank or put a new wick in the Magma I am blown away all over again. Usually when I do this I have a tendency to do a little experimenting as well. Maybe some Got Cookie with Cheesecake, or some GCD with almost anything and I am just amazed. Well it always happens that my wife is sitting next to me and says "Can I try", which leads to "Holy Crap" or "How does it taste that good.

Now all that said I initially started vaping with the intention to eventually stop smoking. Which so far it has worked flawlessly since January of this year, even got me through a deployment to the desert. My wife on the other hand was not a smoker and did not like any of my juices prior to NT, to the point she looked at me quizzically when I kept vaping, what I thought were good flavors. Enter NT. From the first tank of GCD she has turned into a juice fiend. One minute she looks at the stash we have accumulated in a short period and says OK honey we have enough juice. Then she spends some time on ECF while I am at work and I receive an email that will read something like this. "I was on the forum and someone is selling x or y juice can I buy it", or "I was on the NT site and this flavor seems amazing should we get some"? Not to mention she has been having mid day chat sessions with the folks through NT.com while I am out.

I am starting to feel like she is cheating on me. Who would have thought, that first purchase of Frenilla, Gravity, and GCD might signify the beginning of the end for a perfectly happy marriage. I am placing all blame solely on Clark, Katy, and the gang for being so good at what they do and for treating all of us so well.:)

Well - my first reaction is WOW, I am glad to have played such a significant roll in helping you maintain your quit. My second thought it - noooooo, don't get your wife hooked on nicotine! (just being honest here!) The irony of your story is that vaping plays such an integral role with my relationship with Katy that it would probably be difficult to remove it - if we were ever hard-pressed for something to talk about, we could always talk shop about vaping. LMAO I guess the gist of it is, I understand where you are coming from.

Saturday night got away from me by the way - I slept until like 6pm or something obnoxious, then got up with the intention of doing something other than working and trolling the forums, but - didn't get much else done. Katy and I still owe you and the lady a date!

No worries we ended up with plenty of stuff to keep us busy around the house. Whenever just let us know.

I guess I should have explained a little better. She was a smoker at one point then quit a few years ago. Recently she started school again while I was gone and had a pretty big work load. Between school and taking care of the house alone she got a bit stressed out. She actually mentioned she almost started smoking again. If I was still smoking she would have probably started again as well. So I am still smoke free and she didn't start again. We are both grateful for that.

I can identify with your wife. I was a reluctant smoker at best, in self defense against Mr Spooky smoking. I couldn't be around him unless I was smoking too. Then I discovered I was totally addicted myself. I saw my Dad die a horrible death from lung cancer. Nope. Nope.

Found a friend wanting to also quit, went to a local B&M and bought an EVOD and found ECF looking for more flavor. Haven't smoked since. I will say I LOVE my REO and NT so much. I'm extremely happy, love the flavor and bonus it really seems to calm my ADD. Really makes a difference Clark. Thank you for your honesty, integrity, transparency and damn fine way with juice.

Oh yeah and all of my NT family is just great, feels like home.

The same thing kinda happened with Katy and I - she was a closet smoker before she met me - then we started hanging out more and she went from 5-6 cigarettes a day to over a pack a day in a matter of months. Every time I lit one, she lit one - and I smoked with reckless abandon.

I am so pleased to have had the opportunity to meet you, and assist in some small way with keeping you focused. I'd concur, the people who wander here are every bit as (probably more) helpful than I am... we're both indebted to the people whom devote time to share best practices, support people, listen, enable, and... LMAO. ;)

Sooter, would she be willing to vape zero nic?

I think eventually that is where be are both hoping to end up. For now we are content with 6mg. She is a pretty light vaper at this point, a mil a day is pretty extreme for her. It is just enough to take the edge off. Me on the other hand am anywhere from 2 to 5 mils depending on the day.

I think my non smoking/vaping hubby would also fall in love ;)...but I can't get him past the one and only hit he ever did with another vendor's liquid...red hot cinnamon....the smell was so real he had to do it....he said never again....hurt his throat. haha that will go away in two weeks....lol. He is still asking for pancakes (again I do not cook) or volunteering to make them.......since smelling ACB...but since my one allowed sample is gone and now steeping...he's not mentioned it again. That's some good stuff. :)

Obviously it's one of those things I should keep my nose out of, but I would really discourage a non-smoker/non-vaper from picking up the habit... there is no substitute for clean, fresh, air... ya know?
