Back in April I started having some stomach problems, burning in my stomach with pain, belching, nausea, ........ and a bad taste in my mouth. I saw my doctor and she ran blood tests and an ultra sound. She couldn't find anything physically wrong. She diagnosed me with acid reflux or GERD. I took meds for 2 months that would heal any lesions, if there were any. She gave me a list of things I shouldn't eat and told me to lose weight. No problem when you can't eat. I've lost 30 lbs. Here it is July and it was getting worse. I ran a search in this forum and found someone with similar problems. Someone suggested that vaping at a higher wattage was probably the problem. The higher the heat the more concentrated the nicotine became. Nicotine poisoning? It's been 3 days since I turned down the watts and all my symptoms have disappeared. I thought I would put this out there for all the others who have been suffering with stomach issues too. Maybe I just got lucky figuring it out.

Maybe. I've been vaping for over 2 years with no problem until I started vaping at a higher wattage.

I am sure that pg/vg/nic effect everyone a bit differently.

I've only been vaping since Sept 2015, and I've gone from 25W, to 55W, to 75W, to 130W(and I've vaped comfortably as high as 170W). No issues here. I feel great but as I said, I am sure that everyone has some kind of built in limiter that they must adhere too.

I started having problems this week when I went from 6mg to 12mg.. Just for my play Mod. I wanted that buzz. Anyway, I think I've been over-doing it. I'm using a Kangertech Subvod with a 0.5ohm coil. It regulates hits really well but I'm thinking the stomach problems are hitting to hard, too much.... OR maybe because I added something to my e-juice that I shouldn't have? Idk. It dissolved, hasn't burnt my coil, seems to serve purpose. I should have added it to one of my 3mg juices. [Edited]

That's what I'm vaping on too. It seems my stomach problems started around when I got my new mod. I'm going down to 3mg. So hard to know about this stuff without any kind of legitimate research.

At this point in time the ONLY legitimate research you are going to find is what you can find right here on this forum. The folks here are real world folks proving that vaping is worlds better than the alternative most of us were using before we found vaping.

Most of the research you find out there has been done by folks with an agenda and are paid to say whatever they are being paid to say. No actual proof needed in that scenario.
