does this include the ones with punched cartomizers? I haven't had one of the ones with the replaceable wick and coil, but I have some tanks very similar to the vivi novas except they are punched carto tanks and i'm wondering if smok also makes these? I love mine. I want to buy a couple nova tanks, maybe tonight or tomorrow. I'm hesitant to buy tanks when I still want so many mods.. But do people like these punched carto tanks just as much? I know I love mine. Do they qualify as vivi tanks? Are they vivi tanks? I don't get it.

What is the definition of a vivi tank, and whats the definition of a vivi nova tank? Are these punched carto tanks vivi tanks, but not vivi nova tanks. (vivi nova are the removable coil/wick kind?) i dont get it.

Vision makes the Vivi Nova. They have two sizes the Vivi Nova (Holds around 4ish ml) and the Vivi Nova Mini (holds around 2.5ish ml). They don't use cartomizers, it's a system that uses replaceable or rebuildable heads/attys that just screw on.

What makes them so great is ease of use and cleaning, no fiddling. To fill just screw off the top cap, pour juice in, screw on the top cap, done....no mess and no needle needed. If you pop a coil just screw on a replacement or it can be rebuilt easily if you want to go that route and save some cash. It's also easy to clean, the bottom and top cap screws on and off, just take it apart, rinse, do a dry burn, screw it back together, done.

There are videos on it everywhere if you want to get a closer look.

They are nicely built, but they wick like the v1 stardust.
They wick the thinner parts of the juice first and leave the heavier particulates for the end. The end vape has little to zero flavor and it taste awful.
This is evident, but I guess that I am the only one that either notices it or willing to post about it.
I pick mine up every other day; test vape; hate it and put it back.
I can see why they need rewicked.

I've noticed the same thing! When I first fill it, it vapes really well. When it's half empty, juice turns dark and tastes burnt.

I have the opposite experience, I have vaped the tank all the way to the bottom and noticed no difference. I use either 50/50 or 30/70.

I use 70/30 PG/VG respectively and maybe that's why it's a lot more noticeable.
By the end of the first tank, the last 1/4 of juice was more like 50/50. I stopped and topped it off.
By the end of the 2nd tank, it was almost as thick as syrup. I poured this juice into a atty and it was unvapeable.
I had the same issues with the ego clearomizer (aka stardust) all revisions.

Thanks SKYYcamel , now I know I'm not the only one...lol.
Mine doesn't taste burnt, but it gets really thick and flavorless.
Well, I cant say flavorless, but really nasty tasting.

a vivi nova tank is what most folks are raving about. it uses replacable atomizer heads*. a vivi tank is totally different. its a rebuildable atomizer tank with a different coil system. you rebuild the atomizer, you dont replace it.

*which are also rebuildable

I guess that bad experience I had with a smok tech tank is making me not get this tank. No matter what I did, couldnt get it to work. Have 2 more cartos for it - but since I hate losing juice I was so ...... I kinda put it aside. I use a 1100mah KGo and am using CE2s, 4s and 5s - is this tank any better than these?

yes. the vivi nova is better IMO than the CEs.
