 magic pill??this is interesting..

A controversial pill is boosting the success of smokers in England in kicking the habit, NHS figures suggest.
One in seven people trying to quit are using Champix, according to the first figures published since the stop smoking drug was licensed in 2006. And NHS Information Centre data showed 63% of people were successful last year at the four-week mark compared to half using nicotine replacement therapy.

I tried it 18 months ago it did not work for me or 10 others I know. But 2 mates stopped no problem.
I guess it is like patches or gum what works for one might not work for another.
It is also under review as a problem with suicide rates of users.
One of my mates seemed to start to have a breakdown when he started to take it. The Dr said it was the usual symptoms when you stopped smoking. He had stopped 12 months before for a few months and he only had a few cravings.
I also had a bad reaction to my skin when I took it. The Dr took me off it after a few weeks.

Instead of a pill, there is another idea you can try- it's called the Anti-Smoking Break.

Instead of taking smoke breaks at work or in general, try playing more video games!

Its funny, but worth looking into so check it out at antismokebreak.com
i used to want a smoke more during videogames...i think it was the stress of having to kill aliens.
