I know some people keep reg batteries in freezer to keep them fresh will this work with 2-cig batty that you are stocking up on or Not?

also make sure to store them thread side up to keep the voltage from pouring out the atty hole

so it sounds like it may be best to keep them in fridge not freezer if you are not going to use than asap
The refrigerator is fine, just not the freezer. It has also been recomended that if you plan to store Lithium Ions for an extended period of time, they should be store at about a 40% charge. Here is a link with lots of good info on batteries. Welcome to Battery University
