Straight vg and water juice?

Hey everyone!
I'm just about to make some e juice with vg and some water. Just a simple mix. No nicotine. I vape purely for fun. Knowing that I can save some big bucks. I might be adding flavor sometime after. If I vape it straight vg and water, how will it taste. I mean. Would it taste horrible? Or acceptable. Sorry this is a weird question

First you'd need to use distilled water as tap water has added chemicals. Distilled water is only a dollar a gallon at the grocery. Secondly you can't use more than 10 percent water to dilute the vg. 5% or less is better. Distilled water is often used to thin VG, but used SPARINGLY.

That is my base mix; vg + 10% water.

I mix a 100ml bottle of it.

Some of that goes into a needle bottle for use on drippers.
Most times I add a few drops of some flavoured store bought liquid to the dripper bottle.
When i squirt some liquid into my dripper, after tasting, i might add a drop or two of flavoured liquid.

By itself it's not bad, but not great; might even feel kind of raw.

Pure VG is sort of sweet tasting. I personally vape VG/PG and nicotine. I don't vape with flavors the majority times. I've only had one e-juice with distilled water and I hated it. It constantly made my nose run.

yeah I don't like water in my juices either... at least not water added by myself. We all have different preferences I suppose.
