hi guys, I know there are a lot of what do I buy questions already on here, but after scanning for the last hour they seem to be coming from people who have some basic knowledge of the subject.
I am completely new to vaping, I have a skycig
 I quickly tired of buying the cartridges *cost and selection* I have purchased a couple of liquids and started refilling them myself, not ideal, as they don't last any time at all.

I've caught on pretty quickly that I prefer a high VG low PG mix, as I prefer less throat hit, more strong flavour/vapour.

Now, I would like to switch to something with a refillable tank, I have no clue about voltages batteries or anything that goes along with refilling tanks.

I would like something smallish, that is not too expensive to replace parts, get extra batteries for, is straightforward and reliable and as I am a female of the species I am drawn to pretty colours and suchlike.

Can I have some straightforward step by step advice on what to buy please?

Thank You in advance xx

Smokelessimage.com is going a sale for St Patty's 23% off with coupon code LUCKYVOLT so I would go with

2 X2 Batteries in Rotation so you always have one charged, Either 900, or 650 maH (Battery Size and Life)
Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette

order either T3's or Clearo's

Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette

Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | T3 - X2 Clearomizer 808D

I would get atleast 2 or more, I ended up going with 2 then ordered 5 more Bottom Coils
The T3's are nice in that you can just change out the heads for 2.99 when they go bad

As far as liquid goes there are various places.

My two primary vendors for Liquid are
Purevapes.com - I know the guy who owns it and hes close
Avejuice.com - Love me some Boba's Bounty

Pure vapes you can request what VG/PG you would like
Ave is as close to 100% VG as he can get it for flavors.

"Vapeescape.co.uk" have everything you might need.

2 x vision spinner 1300 mah batteries
1 x battery charger
1 X wall plug
2 x kanger evod bc clearomizers

The above would be just an example of what i would get. It's actually what i am using right now !.

Just check out the sight. A spinner battery with 1300 mah will last an entire days vaping. The kanger evod is a bottom coil clearomizer and is a good start and easy to use. This site is quite comprehensive in their range of e cig hardware. They sell almost everything in one site that you might find anywhere else.

Go to "paradise vape uk" for e liquids. You get three choices for liquid ratios. 50 -50, all vg or mostly pg. Standard prices. Free 3ml samples with every order. They have hundreds of flavours. Tobacco flavours are natural extract tobacco so no chemical tasting e liquids at this site. Even if you're just curious you should go and take a look at their range of flavours.

I cannot think of any better vendors in the uk to start you off

Hey, thanks for all the info guys, I have discovered paradise vape :)

As to the battery, the spinner seems very large, do I really need such a big battery?

A bigger battery just means you'll have a longer time between charges, you don't HAVE to have a bigger battery, it just depends on what is more important to you; the size, or the time between charges. I think the smallest variable voltage battery is 650mah(I could be wrong though) but you can get regular ego type batteries as small as 350mah.

if you are just looking for something simple, try this:

Joyetech eGo Stardust Travel Kit

it comes with a free bottle of liquid, a carrying case, and a charger. it is very simplistic for a beginner, and it is good quality stuff. i would start with this, and then start to branch out when you get more familiar with vaping. i will be honest and say that i am a little biased towards Rocky Top Vapor, since a good friend of mine started it, and i work at the shop on the weekends. whatever you decide, i hope you have a good vaping experience.

get a vamo, a vivi nova, 2 18350 (and 2 18650 batteries for those long road trips) plus a charger. finding your right volt watt level will take time and you'll learn something new everyday about your hardware. maybe grab a nice pyrex carto tank and some boge cartos as well. you should be able to get everything i named for less than 100 bucks.

You're totally right but, that's just too much for a starter...
the size of a vamo you come to accept as your vaping becomes more serious. Not something I would have been comfortable with 50 days ago. I thought my 1300 spinner was too much...

This is your progression...it's the same for everyone:

2x ego batt. + some ce4's or kanger t3's
2x spinner or twist - 1 if ur lucky
replaceable batt mod - probably ul buy 2 or more diff't kinds of non-compatible batts and have 2 devices w/ separate configs.
2 or more vivi nova's + 2 or more carto tanks - diff't ohms probably.
1 or more mech mods - if ur lucky they'll be cheap and 100% pure mechanical
1 or more RBA"s - probably start w/ a beginner one like a phoenix and progress from there.

vendor juice sample crazy time progresses into DIY juice, from there you'll wind up w/ 8 gallons of base and thousands of lil condensed flavor bottles - this is good thing though.

We all go through the exact same steps and each one is essential....have fun w/ it and take comfort in the fact that ur not alone

I was just saying - ul start w/ a reg. ego probably w/ a clearo like a ce4 or t3, move on to vv egos w/ some sorta tank like a vivi nova or carto tank then to replaceable batt mods, then diy juice and then rba's and mech mods...it's basically the same steps everyone takes. do ur research is all i can say and try to waste as lil $ as possible on each step until u find what u rly like.

Bought the EGO C Twist 650mah CE5 Kit, LOVE it!

It came with 2 CE5 clearomisers, which I think are quite bulky and hold much more liquid than I need, i'm looking for a smaller coloured one, any suggestions ona smaller tank that will fit this battery?
You could try a mini Vivi Nova or a Boge cartomizer.
