This might sound weird and strange but I've been vaping for a couple months and this was the first time it has happened to me...

For the past two nights I've been using my first mechanical + dripper atty (Launcher V2 + Nimbus). As this was my first mech and dripper build, there was some trial error. I was getting really harsh vapors and foul taste in the beginning due to a poor build and small air hole. I've now fixed those problems but those two nights after vaping, my gf told me that I was acting strange during my sleep. She said I talking strangely and shifting into uncomfortable positions (like laying on my stomach with my elbow on the bed, my fist supporting under my chin and head propped up all while sound asleep). I know this sounds crazy but I'm just concerned if any chemicals from the wick or wire can cause problems like this.

Thanks

I found that when I use RBAs I had to lower my nic by quite a lot, otherwise my sleep was disturbed. The same thing happened when I first started vaping (24mg) and dropped to 18mg and was fine. The RBAs IMO use a lot more liquid than a regular atty or carto, thus you are getting more nicotine. Try lowering your nic and see if that helps, otherwise I dunno?

I used to do something similar when I smoked cigarettes. If I laid on the couch and started getting sleepy I would unconsciously make a fist and put it under my chin to hold my head up. It seems like when I would drift off my head would drop down and occlude my airway making me start to snore heavily and then jerking me awake. The fist under the chin stopped that by supporting my head and keeping my airway open, but it wasn't something I was doing "on purpose". My fist just automatically gravitated that way when I laid down on the couch. I wonder if you just got in a sleep position that was cutting your airway off and this was your body's response to it?
