Is there a website or thread that breaks down the strength to cig ratio for cartomizers (or atomz?)? In other words, is how many typical analog cigs (In my case Camel Lights) are in a "low" strength cartomizer? And is it typically the same regardless of vendor? The reason I ask is that I don't want to knock myself off my ... the first time I try vaping (I'm a 1-5 cigs a day kinda guy)!

There are many threads that discuss the nicotine absorption issue. There are so many factors that enter into the equation. I've never seen any account that would be anything other than a wide ranging guess, which would be useless, because of the subjective nature of the way people vape, what equipment they use and the juice involved.

You could search for "nicotine absorption" and get many hits but here's a recent thread with many replies that you could check out:

But since you're main concern is not getting knocked out, I'd suggest getting some low nicotine carts - 6mg to 11mg - to start. There are also 0mg carts and no, there is no standard on what manufacturers call 'low, medium, high, extra high' in nicotine strength - always check the 'mg' amount.
