Its a relatively complex piece of electronics from China that your paying 10 bux for.

If it dont work or dies early I don't hassle suppliers. Just toss them and move on. Mabe send it back for a refund but after shipping and time involved whats the point?

Anyway, I use 18650 and 14500 3.7v batts now. They're rarely defective, are cheap, hold a charge better and last longer.

Any KR batt is hit and miss... Prolly tossed about 5 bad ones when I started out

Appearantly you have never been bothered by being screwed over? SEJ advertizes a warranty, they should replace it. I really have no idea why that makes sense to you that the consumer should be held accountable for faulty equipment. If you bought a universal remote control, because one of your remote controls broke and it the uni remote did not work, you wouldn't take it back? That really has no place to go in my understanding rdetailer/consumer relationships. Makes no sense at all.

SEJ stinks. I learned my lesson after watching a review that went on and on about how good the watermelon flavor was. I ordered it and threw up after 1 hit. Taste I know is subjective but I cant imagine anyone honestly liking that stuff. I have described it as spent plutonium fuel rod flavor and that is nowhere near and exaggeration.

Tracking info update. It will be delivered tomorrow. Still, one week shipping from a supplier that is 10 miles away is unacceptable.

yeah, I ordered a bottle of juice, and was pretty disappointed in the shipping time. I live like 15-20 miles away and it took 4 or 5 days or something.

just a quick post to update my order ...which is neither here nor there of your problems ( I know) but...

I ordered Wednesday night late , it shipped Thursday & I received it Saturday ....& that's to Oklahoma .

Maybe the wind just blows better/faster in my direction ...all that sweeping down the plain stuff ,,,ya know :blink:

Those batts are hit and miss wherever you get them. At $10 I just toss them if they don't work. No biggie.

I kinda feel sorry for suppliers who have to deal w/people who get all riled up over a defective $10 electrical product.

I can't help but laugh at the irony of your last statement considering your ongoing rants against V4L and the KR808d-1. I currently have 10 KR8 batts in both manual and auto and all sizes. I had to reset one auto battery that I bought used. Otherwise I've had no problems at all with them.

I know exactly how the flavors my friend got are supposed to taste, i get packages from Dekang every couple weeks, and whatever they sent is not proper, not to mention they can't even get the strength right, over 2 days now of waiting and still no response from them. Disgrace.

Well, they wouldn't be the first vendor to have a oops moment. This forum has it's share of such stories and I have a few of my own.

As for Lynn over at DeKang, if she is that sure SEJ is selling fakes then maybe she should have her company contact SEJ about it or at least post a notice on the Dekang website. I would think they would have an interest in stopping knock offs being sold as their product.

I would be curious as to why they would not let you pick your supplys up instore. Just curious

Their reply(after a week of waiting) is that to many people requested it, and it is a shared office so they were assked not to anymore. *Shrug* They also want me to send back the deffective items, which I will do. Currently I'm too short on cash to send anything, my laptop died and I had to get a new one. Still lame that the atty I got died after one cart and the batt is like sucking on a thick malted to get it to work. I found a home for the juice, a cherry cigar lover. So I sold that for what I paid. But I will not be ordering from them again. I get much better service and juice for Goodprophets.com. Even if their hardware is *slightly* more expensive. From experience Rob jumps right on any defective merchandice and makes it right. I shouldn't have strayed. lol

I got an Acer Aspire 7741Z-4815. It is really nice, actually. 17.3"LED LCD screen(really great display!), Realtek HD sound, 500g hard drive, 4 gig ram, Intel P6100 dual core processor. I like my stepdads Dell desktop, but it just don't even compare to my Acer. I got it for $480, regular price was $600. I am a happy camper. I looked at the HPs and such, but this thing just outperforms anything even close to $500. Hurt my savings a bit, so unfortunately no new PV stuff for a while, and I have juice enough for a couple months probably. So I'm good.

I'd email them. They are a pretty big company and could use more than one person answering their emails imo.

According to what they tell me they are a small company. But let's face facts, they SUCK for many people. By and large the majority of people who have responded have had less than stellar to horrible experiences. Don't you think there is something to that? Why do you like them so much. Do you work for them or something? Seriously, you are way to supportive of a supplier that obviously takes care of most of their customers w/ shotty service and less than wonderfull products.
