Not what you're probably thinking, lol. I had to go to a customer site today for all day meetings. Of course I brought my ego twist with a mini nova full of my latest juice - a DIY blueberry/raspberry - so I could sneak some hits in the bathroom during the day. I had vaped this juice before, so I knew it was tasty. What I didn't realize was how much it reeked. Not the vapor but the juice itself. I'm sitting there in the meeting and I started noticing a strong candy/berry scent wafting from my pocket. I panicked - thinking it had leaked. When I realized it hadn't leaked, I really started to panick because I reeked like a candy store and there was still 6 hours to go in this small, packed conference room.

Nobody called me out but I could tell others noticed as they slid away from me like I had B.O. By the end of the day the smell was downright obnoxious-but there was nothing I could do short of admitting it and running out to stash it in my car.

Lesson learned! For tomorrow's meeting, I'm bringing a different juice!

Taste and smell are closely connected and to get the taste into the flavors it has to be pretty strong. I DIY juice and the most flavor I put in is about 20% and for some flavors that is too much. I keep my flavor bottles in an old cigar box in the fridge and is smells like a coffee shop/bakery/candy/fruit store just from the little that drips when I use them. LOL
So far the only flavor that smells really bad in concentrate is the Root Beer flavor. But if you are around the stuff much your bound to pick up the smell as when you exhale the little droplets have to lite somewhere. If you have facial hair guess what. Same with hair on the head. Cloths and hats whatever. Be
Final note better to smell like blueberries than burnt tobacco. LOL

I do residential remodeling for a living. Most of my customers have been very supportive of my efforts to quit smoking and are aware that I vape. I would never vape in their home without permission which all have granted so far. I'm finishing up a 6 week kitchen complete makeover in the home of two ex smokers who have said they have never smelled anything. Odors from vaping seem to dissipate rapidly depending on the flavor.

There are some juices I own that have an unpleasant (to me) base odor to them. They are all from the same vendor and I could smell them even shut up in the drawer where I keep all my juice. It started to make me sick and I had to move them. Most of my juices smell yummy, but whatever that one vendor uses for a base does not smell yummy to me. I usually vape butterscotch and I usually do most of my vaping in my home office. I hadn't vaped in there for a couple of hours when some people dropped by and they all kept saying how good my office smelled. They don't know I vape so they were probably wondering why my office smelled like candy.

So I guess this one is not on your list for meetings WaCkY ToBacKy | ......... Flavored e Liquid :D

ugh. DO NOT buy that stuff. I got the smurf and brownie ones and just smelling them made me want to vomit.
I tried vaping it and the smell would not go away. I forget how I finally got it out of the tank but I had to throw away a vivi nova wick

One time when I was in bandca ...... uuuum wrong story..........

One time when I was in college I smoked a black and mild right before class, clipped it, wrapped it in a napkin and stuck it in my bag. Walked into class 5 minutes late and sat in a crowded room. 5 minutes later I began to smell the nastiest, muskiest, nausea inducing smoke smell I ever smelled. The Black and mild was wreaking from inside my bag. I noticed people close looking at me, it was embarrassing. They smell good when they are burning but not when they are clipped. Glad I never have to deal with that again.

With that said, at least you smelled like something delicious and not death's dog.
