6.) I ordered replacement heads and was asked if I wanted 1.8 or 2.2 - I got 2.2 - not sure why, but did I screw up for my eGo-C upgrade batteries??

You should be fine with the 2.2 replacement heads.

Keep the old ones around until you have time and inclination to get into all this dry burning, rebuilding stuff. It sounds overwhelming at first, but once you watch some of youtube vids it all starts to come together and make sense. Lots of people would take them off your hands to rebuild if you decide against mucking around with them at all.

After having some problems with juice gunking up the coils and having to replace the heads every other day, I am now mustering the courage to look into rebuilding . . . deep breath, lol.

I will use this thread as a starting point - really valuable information here - thanks everyone!

Wow - building courage everyday . . . I just ordered my 2 kinds of silica and some kanthal after watching this video. Now to find the ohm meter he used. It's sold out EVERYWHERE!!!! I have no clue how I'd use a regular ohm meter or multimeter on these heads?????

Woo hoo - I just did my first dry-burn and wick replacement!!! It was much easier than I thought. Dunno if they work though, the heads are soaking in hot water. We'll see . . . next weekend I'm gonna tackle - COILS!!
