I believe just about everyone here stopped smoking and started vapeing
I myself started with a Premium cigalike, onto ego batteries than mods. Now my one and only is a Reo! It's been a long journey, but I'm so thankful I found a better way! Whatever you use, that keeps you off the stinkys, is the correct choice.
Welcome to ECF, enjoy the journey!

Hello @Vcenzo, and welcome to the forum!

Yes, I'm another former smoker that quit successfully, like the banner says, it's been a bit over two years since I had my last cigarette.

For me, my first successful setup was an Ego C-twist with a Kanger PT2. I've since switched to strictly rebuildable devices, but I'll never forget my first!

Hello & welcome Vcenzo :)

I used to be a very heavy smoker until I bought my first e-cig, over 7 years ago. Back then, there wasn't much choice, other than cigalikes. I straight away cut down drastically, but only managed to completely give up the fags after getting better kit.

My first post hi im vcenzo, I was wondering if anyone has given up smoking and started vaping if so what did you use e.g. e-cig, stick battery, box mode? Did you buy your own tank separately let me know.
I finally quit smoking using a box mod the mvp2 with the nautilus mini at around 10watt

Yes. I started on E-Lites and then JacVapour cig-a-likes and didn't quit (no chance, actually). Then I got an eGo e-cig and that was the end of that.

Some people say it's good you can buy cig-a-likes. It might be good if they get you to the final destination, but the £500 spent messing around with these bogus products would have been better spent on something that actually works.

In total honesty, I hate cig-a-likes not because they are an expensive and almost-placebo product but because the people that sell them know they are lying about the "1 refill = 30 cigarettes and you will save money" promise.
